The service
CityPulse is a discovery service for events, places to go, and deals in cities worldwide, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist; we don't sell roadmaps.
Free for explorers
Using CityPulse to discover what's going on is free for individuals. We do not charge explorers subscriptions, booking fees, or per-use fees, and we don't plan to start.
Listings and accuracy
Event and business information comes from venues, promoters, businesses, and booking partners, and it can change — dates move, events sell out, prices update. We work to keep listings current but can't guarantee every detail; the venue or seller is the source of truth at the moment you book.
Affiliate disclosure
Some listing links are affiliate or partner links: when you book a table, ticket, or experience after following one, the booking partner may pay CityPulse a commission. CityPulse never adds its own fee on top of the price for explorers. Paid business placement is labeled "Featured" in the service.
Partner billing
- Partner plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance via Stripe, per business, per city, at the plan price shown on the pricing page.
- Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; featured placement continues until the end of the billing period. 14-day refund window on the first payment.
- Featured placement is a placement service. It does not guarantee bookings, clicks, or revenue.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, scrape it abusively, or attack other systems.
- Businesses must submit accurate listing information; fabricated events, reviews, or offers are grounds for removal without refund.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. For explorers who pay nothing, that limit is zero — the service is a discovery aid, not a party to your bookings.
Changes
We'll post material changes here and email subscribed partner businesses before they take effect.
