What we collect

• Explorers: exploring CityPulse needs no account. We process the city you select and basic usage needed to run the service and produce partners' click reports in aggregate. We don't ask for your name or payment details to browse.
• Partner businesses: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email, business details you send us for your listing, and your subscription status — never your full card number.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• Partner reports are aggregate click and booking counts for their own listing — not information about individual explorers.

Affiliate links

When you follow a booking link, you leave CityPulse for a venue or booking partner's site. That site's privacy policy governs what it collects; the partner may tell us a booking happened (and its value) so commissions and partner reports work — not who you are beyond what the booking itself requires on their side.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Partner data is retained while your subscription is active. On cancellation, listing data is removed from the service; records needed for billing history are kept as required for accounting. Email us for earlier deletion of data we hold about you.
